David is a 4th generation Montanan. He was born and raised in Lewistown, MT and has lived in Helena since 1999. He’s been a real estate agent in the Helena area since 2008 and during his career has sold over 1000 homes in all parts of Montana. David specializes in helping both sellers and buyers that find themselves in challenging or difficult situations through probate, estate, trust and divorce real estate transactions. He realizes that in those situations it’s important his clients don’t get a “normal” real estate agent but instead they get David, an agent that understands the nuances of the selling or buying process while the client is in the midst of emotional turmoil. He understands how difficult these situations can be and has developed processes to help his clients achieve a successful real estate transaction with no chaos or extra emotions.
